How to refund a transaction for a Sub as a creator

Learn how to refund your members when necessary.

Sign in to your account.
Go to the Transactions section inside Wallet.
Open the invoice for the transaction you want to refund.
Click Refund inside the invoice.
A pop-up will open where you can enter the refund amount.
It’s recommended to communicate with the member via chat before proceeding.
Once ready, click Refund to confirm.
That’s it! The refund will be processed automatically, and the member will be notified.
