To withdraw your funds, follow these steps:
Sign in to your account.
Go to the Transactions section located on the left side of the platform.
Find the actions filter and select the Withdraw funds option.
Make sure you have a linked bank account.
Select the account where you would like to transfer the money.
Enter the amount you would like to withdraw.
The transaction details will be displayed for your review.
Confirm the transaction.
✅ Once your request is submitted, the transfer will be processed according to the following timeframes:
Withdrawal processing times:
First transfer: It may take 7 to 14 days after receiving your first successful payment. In some countries, this timeframe may extend up to 30 days for security reasons.
Subsequent transfers: They are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after submitting your withdrawal request, according to the regular processing schedule.
